The gender pay gap is slowly closing, according to a new report by Glassdoor Economic Research. Women 2.0 spoke with Glassdoor and two experts – Linda Burtch – founder and managing director at Burtch Works and Lisa Kaess, economist and founder of Feminomics, to put the findings in perspective.
